What you'll do

Design and develop scalable AI/ML systems using PySpark and Palantir Foundry for public health applications.
Architect generative AI solutions including RAG pipelines, agent orchestration, and memory management.
Develop evaluation frameworks for performance benchmarking, retrieval optimization, and safety validation.
Integrate advanced AI tools like Codex, Claude, and OpenEvidence into enterprise workflows.
Establish data governance, privacy standards, and ethical AI frameworks for sensitive health data.
Define technical architecture standards and delivery practices for the engineering community.
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI systems from data pipelines to production deployment.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions using Python.
5+ years of experience with generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, or RAG systems in enterprise environments.
3+ years of experience with AI agents, MCP frameworks, or AI evaluation strategy development.
Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch for production model development.
Experience with data engineering using PySpark, SQL, and Palantir Foundry while managing a technical team.
Experience with MLOps platforms like MLflow and cloud environments such as Azure or Databricks.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
