What you'll do
Define and execute Aladdin’s integrated search strategy across SEO, GEO, Paid Search, and LLM-driven discovery.
Serve as the go-to expert for SEO, providing tactical implementations and strategic guidance to ensure best practices are embedded.
Lead AI and LLM discovery efforts to establish Aladdin’s presence in modern research and buying decisions.
Set KPIs and measurement frameworks linking search performance to pipeline, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Conduct technical SEO audits using Conductor and related tools to identify issues affecting site performance and visibility.
Stay at the forefront of AI-driven search trends and represent BlackRock at industry events for strategic engagement.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in digital marketing with expertise in SEO, GEO, and Paid Search.
Proven leadership in managing global teams and multi-million-dollar budgets.
Hands-on experience planning, executing, and optimizing paid search campaigns.
Proficiency in technical audits, site speed optimization, and structured data implementation.
Mastery of Conductor, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Adobe Analytics.
Advanced analytical skills with a focus on translating data into business insights.
Experience with AI-powered search, LLMs, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
