As a Senior Aladdin Implementation Consultant at BlackRock, you will join the Aladdin team to support clients in leveraging the firm’s investment management platform. Your primary responsibilities include understanding client objectives and collaborating with key stakeholders to document business requirements aligned with Aladdin transformation goals. You will lead project plans for Aladdin implementations, working closely with senior management teams to deploy strategic workflows and provide training on the platform’s extensive suite of products. Additionally, you will engage in business development activities by participating in demonstrations and due diligence meetings with potential clients while ensuring effective communication regarding product changes and configurations. This role requires a deep understanding of multi-asset trading, proficiency in SQL, familiarity with FIX Protocol, and strong communication skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Develop a deep understanding of client objectives to deliver effective Aladdin solutions.
Identify and document business requirements, aligning them with Aladdin transformation goals.
Partner with internal and external teams to redesign and deploy strategic trading workflows.
Create and administer implementation project plans for clients, coordinating resources across areas.
Lead Aladdin configuration, testing, and user training to maximize client utilization of the platform.
Support client development needs by working closely with Product Managers and prospective clients.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in a technical role.
Deep understanding of multi-asset trading including equity, fixed income, derivatives, and FX.
Strong knowledge of trade execution and post-trade workflows.
Experience with order management systems and senior traders.
Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with FIX Protocol.
Superior communication skills for complex concept conveyance.
