As an AI/ML Engineer III, you will join the engineering team to lead the design, automation, and governance of enterprise-scale AI/ML platforms on Google Cloud Platform. You will build secure, scalable, and self-service capabilities that enable data scientists and product teams to accelerate the development and deployment of AI solutions. Your daily work involves developing infrastructure as code using Terraform, managing Vertex AI services, and implementing CI/CD pipelines with tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and SonarQube. You will also manage core cloud components including BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Dataproc, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, and Dataplex. The role focuses on solving complex infrastructure challenges by establishing platform reliability, security controls, and governance frameworks to support MLOps, LLMOps, and the integration of emerging generative AI technologies into the corporate ecosystem.
