You will utilize skills in computer vision, speech, and foundation model post-training to advance the state of the art. Key responsibilities include publishing research in top ML and HCI venues while turning research into tools and datasets.

What you'll do

What we're looking for

PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Research depth in multimodal modeling, agentic systems and tool use, computer vision, speech, or foundation model post-training and evaluation.
A publication and research record commensurate with the level of seniority.
A proven history of turning research contributions into tools, datasets, or products.
Experience conducting research in accessibility or a demonstrated commitment to accessibility (preferred).
Experience with data collection, data curation, or developing data and annotation protocols (preferred).
Experience with human-centered evaluation methods, such as developing user study protocols (preferred).
Experience developing and shipping products that use machine learning (preferred).
