What you'll do

  • Contribute to reusable AI assets and best practices to accelerate enterprise adoption while maintaining consistency and compliance.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture experience
  • 2+ years of AI or GenAI solutions experience in enterprise environments
  • Experience with prompt engineering and LLM application development
  • Familiarity with Wells Fargo–approved AI platforms (Tachyon, Devin, Codequest)
  • Ability to design and deploy secure, scalable AI applications responsibly
  • Strong collaboration skills across product, architecture, cybersecurity teams
  • Knowledge of AI governance, model risk management, and enterprise controls
