What you'll do

Design, develop, and modify software systems in cloud environments like AWS.
Build and integrate LLM-powered capabilities including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
Implement scalable search and retrieval systems using Elasticsearch with index optimization and relevance tuning.
Develop data pipelines for hybrid search involving BM25, vector search, chunking, and embeddings.
Create frontend single-page applications using React, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript.
Build backend systems and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
Perform unit testing, code reviews, and troubleshoot web protocols and server technologies.
Translate customer requirements into technical design specifications and data exchange workflows.

What we're looking for

Must possess a Top Secret SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Must be a United States citizen.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is required.
10+ years of related experience is required.
Experience building LLM-based solutions, including RAG pipelines and semantic search, is required.
Experience with Elasticsearch for index design, query development, and relevance tuning is required.
Experience in frontend SPA development using React and backend development with Node.js and Express.js is required.
Security clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph.
