AI Sales Engineer

What you'll do

• Provide technical support for discovery, architecture deep dives, and proof of concepts (POCs) throughout the sales cycle.
• Assist customers with the deployment of AI security solutions within their self-hosted environments.
• Lead customer-facing engagements including technical architecture reviews, integration evaluations, and product demonstrations.
• Train and enable regional Sales Engineers on product capabilities, roadmaps, and live demonstration delivery.
• Manage demo environments, certifications, training materials, and performance benchmarking.
• Equip channel and reseller partners with the technical expertise and resources needed to close AI security opportunities.
• Facilitate post-sales technical handovers to ensure successful deployments and long-term customer success.
• Educate customers on agentic AI best practices and secure AI deployment as a subject matter expert.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, data science, information systems, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of technical sales experience.
• At least 2 years of experience specializing in AI and related technologies.
• Demonstrated experience engaging with technical evaluators such as cloud or AI security engineers, data scientists, and AI/ML architects.
• Understanding of core AI technologies including machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, containerized workloads, and Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, or equivalent).
• Deep understanding of core AI security concepts like access controls, identity management, network integration, and red-teaming.
• Experience deploying production applications on cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with popular agentic AI tools, AI infrastructure, and their associated security implications (preferred).
• Ability to travel up to 50% to develop customer relationships and advance opportunities.
