AI in Operations Strategy and Transformation Office, Senior Associate

What you'll do

• Apply structured problem-solving and design thinking to address top strategic priorities.
• Develop innovative solutions to transform the business model and product offering.
• Research emerging technologies like AI, LLM, and RPA to reimagine the future of D&PS.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather baseline information and clarify requirements.
• Support and manage multiple project work streams simultaneously.
• Manage project deadlines and timeframes while proactively escalating issues as needed.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to ensure the program meets internal and external requirements.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience with a premier strategy consulting firm, internal strategy team, leading technology company, or AI-related start-up.
• Demonstrated experience with a consulting toolkit and a broad range of analytical tools and problem-solving approaches.
• Strong client management and executive-level communication skills.
• Track record of personal initiative, achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Math, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in financial services industry or AI-related field (preferred).
• MBA or an advanced business degree from a top-tier program (preferred).
