The AI Ops Solution Intake & Feasibility Analyst joins the AI Ops COE to evaluate innovative ideas and guide strategic AI investments. This role involves assessing AI use cases for technical feasibility, data readiness, business impact, and implementation complexity while identifying risks and capability gaps. You will partner with IT leaders, architects, cybersecurity experts, and governance teams to move initiatives from concept to implementation readiness. Key responsibilities include leading governance reviews, driving stakeholder alignment, and managing the AI intake pipeline to monitor demand trends. You will utilize skills in business analysis, project management, and technology consulting to navigate compliance and risk. The role requires expertise in identifying patterns for reusable solutions while ensuring all AI initiatives align with security standards and Responsible AI principles to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Assess AI use cases for technical feasibility, data readiness, business impact, and implementation complexity.
Identify risks, dependencies, and capability gaps to inform investment and prioritization decisions.
Lead governance reviews with cybersecurity, privacy, legal, and data governance teams to ensure compliance.
Coordinate the intake pipeline for AI initiatives and monitor demand trends to identify scalable solutions.
Define project scope, priorities, success measures, and implementation strategies with IT leaders and architects.
Track adoption, operational impact, and portfolio performance using data-driven insights.
Provide clear guidance on feasibility, risks, timelines, and next steps to all internal partners.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Three or more years of experience in business analysis, project management, product management, technology consulting, or a related role.
Experience gathering requirements, assessing technical solutions, identifying risks and dependencies, and presenting recommendations to technical and business audiences.
Demonstrated success working across multiple teams to build alignment, drive decisions, and deliver results.
Good communication, facilitation, and collaborator management skills, including experience influencing leaders and multi-functional teams.
Experience with artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI, agentic AI, automation platforms, or other emerging technologies (preferred).
Knowledge of technology governance, cybersecurity, privacy, compliance, or risk management practices (preferred).
Familiarity with governance frameworks such as NIST, COSO, or similar industry standards (preferred).
