The AI-First Oracle SCM Engineer will join the team to drive software modernization by integrating AI across the entire software development lifecycle. What you'll do

Perform AI-assisted requirements analysis and software design.
Execute AI-driven code generation and refactoring tasks.
Implement AI-assisted testing, test automation, and regression strategies.
Manage AI-enabled DevOps, code reviews, and documentation generation.
Apply prompt engineering, RAG patterns, and Agentic AI frameworks to developer workflows.
Quantify business outcomes such as reduced development cycle time and improved code quality.
Lead software modernization initiatives using AI-fueled engineering frameworks.
Support the client’s Supply Chain AI transformation goals and strategies.

What we're looking for

Possess functional and technical expertise in Oracle SCM.
Demonstrate hands-on experience with AI-assisted requirements analysis, design, and code generation.
Experience with AI-assisted testing, test automation, and regression strategies.
Experience with AI-enabled DevOps, code review, documentation generation, and operational support.
Experience with GitHub Copilot, Agentic AI frameworks, prompt engineering, RAG patterns, and AI-assisted developer workflows (preferred).
Ability to quantify business outcomes achieved through AI adoption, such as reduced development cycle time and improved code quality.
Experience with AI-fueled engineering frameworks and software modernization initiatives.
Ability to work onsite.
