What you'll do

Architect and maintain multi-agent systems and autonomous tool-calling pipelines using the Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) and Python.
Design and implement high-performance RAG architectures using Vertex AI Vector Search, BigQuery, and Cloud Storage.
Build scalable data ingestion, chunking, and embedding pipelines using Python, Cloud Dataflow, and Cloud Run Jobs.
Deploy and operationalize agents to Vertex AI Agent Engine, Cloud Run, and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
Establish automated evaluation suites and production-grade observability for agent reasoning, tool fidelity, and latency monitoring.
Secure agent tool execution and API calls using IAM, VPC Service Controls, and zero-trust safety guardrails.
Expose agent capabilities via asynchronous FastAPI or gRPC microservices and register them into enterprise portals.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Master’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
3-5+ years of experience designing and shipping ML models to production.
Experience leading the design of a significant ML-powered feature.
Expert proficiency in modern Python, including asynchronous programming, typing, and FastAPI.
Experience with Google Agent Development Kit (ADK), Vertex AI, and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
Experience with RAG architectures, BigQuery, Cloud Dataflow, and vector search technologies.
Experience with Docker, CI/CD automation, and production-grade observability tools like Cloud Trace and Cloud Logging.
