What you'll do

  • Write production-quality code to develop, implement, and optimize machine learning and AI models for business use cases.
  • Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines for model training, validation, inference, and deployment.
  • Integrate AI models and capabilities into existing enterprise workflows, applications, and digital platforms.
  • Monitor deployed models for performance, data drift, and reliability while troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • Define and implement Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and robust monitoring for AI service latency and availability.
  • Transition experimental research prototypes into reliable, governed, and production-ready systems.
  • Ensure all deployed AI systems comply with enterprise governance, fairness, and security standards.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies like LLMs and generative AI to assess their applicability to business problems.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal training in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in IT information security.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ for API development and software design.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, deep learning architectures, and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph (preferred).
  • Experience with MLOps, including containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and model observability (preferred).
  • Proficiency with at least one major cloud platform (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and its associated AI/ML services (preferred).
  • Experience with frontend JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular (preferred).
