What you'll do

Develop and deliver AI-enabled product features including LLM capabilities, machine learning models, and RAG pipelines.
Implement AI solutions to improve internal engineering and quality processes in partnership with QA teams.
Make implementation-level design decisions regarding libraries, frameworks, and models within established architectural guardrails.
Evaluate and document technical tradeoffs across performance, accuracy, safety, and cost for assigned features.
Deploy machine learning models to public cloud infrastructure such as AWS.
Translate solution designs and architectural intent into working, tested, and maintainable code.
Create technical documentation, reusable patterns, and training materials for the AI Center of Excellence.
Leverage company-approved AI tools to improve code quality and productivity while ensuring regulatory compliance.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 4+ years of related experience.
Demonstrated experience delivering AI or machine learning solutions into production software products or internal engineering platforms.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), model fine-tuning, and various learning techniques.
Experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
Experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and collaborative software development in Agile/Scrum environments.
Deep knowledge of mathematics, probability, statistics, algorithms, and data structures.
Experience developing medical-device software or digital-health products within a regulated environment (preferred).
