What you'll do

Build and maintain components of LLM-based solutions including API integrations and RAG pipelines.
Clean, transform, and analyze data using Python, SQL, and various data libraries.
Develop and deploy AI-enabled software solutions and model-serving APIs using RESTAPIs and containers.
Execute unit tests and perform basic retrieval or model evaluations to reproduce reported issues.
Track experiments, model versions, and support monitoring and CI/CD processes.
Document technical methods, results, and escalation steps in tickets and knowledge base entries.
Follow quality and safety standards to ensure the implementation of AI guardrails.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a relevant STEM certification.
Proficiency in Python software fundamentals including OOP, data libraries like NumPy and pandas, and code quality standards.
Experience with SQL for relational databases and NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Redis.
Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and similarity search tools like pgvector, Chroma, or Pinecone.
Experience with modern GenAI skills including LLM APIs, RAG pipelines, and frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
Ability to serve models and AI services using FastAPI, Flask, and Docker containers.
Familiarity with MLOps tools including MLflow, Weights & Biases, and CI/CD processes.
Strong communication skills to explain technical results to non-technical audiences and collaborate through code reviews.
