As an AI DevOps Analyst, you will join a technical team focused on building, connecting, deploying, and supporting AI tools and automated workflows. You will work alongside engineers, product owners, and cybersecurity practitioners to transform operational needs into practical solutions that align with security and governance standards. Your daily responsibilities include operating the AI Gateway, managing access permissions, developing automation scripts, and maintaining secure connections between APIs, enterprise applications, and workflow platforms. You will also perform testing, troubleshooting, and monitoring of tool performance while improving prompt accuracy and assistant configurations. The role requires proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell, along with experience in cloud platforms, identity and access management, and cyber operations involving 5.5 and Mythos. This position addresses the technical challenge of creating secure, scalable AI infrastructure within a complex enterprise environment.
Support the setup, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of AI tools and automated workflows.
Operate the AI Gateway by managing permissions, model selection, usage tracking, and audit records.
Build and maintain secure connections between AI tools, APIs, enterprise applications, and workflow platforms.
Develop automation scripts, runbooks, knowledge articles, and user guidance documentation.
Perform testing, troubleshooting, and release activities for AI tools and automated systems.
Manage secure access protocols, including data handling, sign-in procedures, and logging.
Monitor tool performance and operational health while investigating and resolving technical issues.
Optimize prompts, workflows, and AI assistant configurations to improve accuracy and reliability.
What we're looking for
3+ years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, platform engineering, automation, cybersecurity operations, or a related technical field.
Experience supporting or implementing AI tools, automation platforms, workflow technologies, APIs, or enterprise applications.
Experience developing scripts and automations using Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell.
Experience integrating systems through APIs, webhooks, or service-based architectures.
Experience with cloud platforms, secure software delivery, identity and access management, monitoring, logging, or service management.
Experience troubleshooting technical issues and documenting solutions in a structured operational environment.
Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and nontechnical teammates in an agile environment.
