What you'll do

Develop Generative AI solutions using Multi-Agent Systems, Advanced RAG, and Context Engineering.
Build production-ready pipelines for both numeric and textual data using Python, PyTorch, and LangChain.
Manage the full lifecycle of Generative AI models including fine-tuning, evaluation, validation, and deployment.
Utilize Vector Databases and Spark to process and manage large volumes of customer records.
Translate complex technical machine learning concepts into tangible business goals for stakeholders.
Research and evaluate emerging technologies to integrate state-of-the-art methods into existing products.
Build and backtest models using techniques such as clustering, classification, sentiment analysis, and time series.

What we're looking for

A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field plus 2 years of experience performing data analytics.
A Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.
At least 2 years of experience in Python, Scala, or R (preferred).
At least 2 years of experience with machine learning (preferred).
At least 2 years of experience with SQL (preferred).
At least 1 year of experience in AI, Information Retrieval, Deep Learning, or NLP (preferred).
A Master's Degree or PhD in a STEM field (preferred).
