JOB TITLE: AI - Cyber Security Engineer - II
As an Advisor II within the AI - Software Engineering team, you will design, build, and deploy AI-powered cybersecurity solutions to strengthen identity security and automate security operations. You will develop machine learning solutions for threat detection, anomaly identification, and incident response workflows while building cloud-native services, data pipelines, and reusable frameworks on Google Cloud. Key responsibilities include integrating AI capabilities with IAM, PAM, secrets management, SIEM, and SOAR systems. You will implement MLOps practices for model lifecycle management and apply Zero Trust principles to mitigate prompt injection and adversarial AI threats. Required expertise includes Python, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines, alongside experience with large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, and enterprise security telemetry sources to solve complex cybersecurity problems.
Design and deploy AI and machine learning solutions for threat detection, anomaly identification, and incident response.
Build cloud-native services, APIs, and data pipelines on Google Cloud for AI model training and inference.
Integrate AI capabilities with IAM, PAM, SIEM, and SOAR systems to enhance enterprise security telemetry.
Implement MLOps practices including deployment automation, monitoring, and lifecycle management for AI models.
Apply secure software development practices and Zero Trust principles to mitigate adversarial AI threats and data leakage.
Translate technical and business requirements into scalable engineering solutions for cybersecurity and data teams.
Contribute to architecture decisions and engineering standards for enterprise AI cybersecurity platforms.
What we're looking for
8+ years of experience in software engineering building enterprise applications and services using Python and modern software development practices.
8+ years of experience designing, building, and deploying solutions on Google Cloud or a comparable cloud platform in an enterprise environment.
6+ years of experience developing machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
6+ years of experience building distributed systems and microservices using Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, MLOps frameworks, and APIs.
8+ years of experience working with cybersecurity domains including IAM, PAM, IGA, secrets management, and Zero Trust architecture.
6+ years of experience with SIEM, SOAR, security operations workflows, and security automation technologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
