AI Cloud Operations Technologist

What you'll do

• Build, configure, test, and deploy AI-enabled workflows for enterprise cloud operations.
• Implement automation to improve monitoring, service request handling, and configuration management.
• Utilize cloud service provider native AI capabilities to streamline and secure operations.
• Assist with MCP-enabled integrations to connect AI models with enterprise services under governance.
• Document recurring issues, solution steps, workflow patterns, and internal user guidance.
• Analyze service tickets and usage metrics to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Prepare enablement materials, training resources, and best-practice guidance for users and support teams.

What we're looking for

• Experience supporting cloud operations, automation, service management workflows, or enterprise technology delivery.
• Experience working with a major cloud service provider environment.
• Experience supporting AI-enabled tools, automation platforms, workflow solutions, or enterprise service delivery capabilities.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and support operational workflows in a structured environment.
• Ability to follow operational, security, and change management processes with strict attention to detail.
• Experience with cloud monitoring, incident response, configuration management, or operational automation (preferred).
• Experience with APIs, integrations, MCP, or enterprise workflow automation (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree.
