What you'll do

Develop and maintain AI/ML roadmaps while making defensible technical tradeoff decisions.
Advise executive leadership on AI strategy and manage a portfolio of initiatives across various maturity levels.
Build and deploy advanced systems including Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and computer vision models.
Construct and scale secure, compliant MLOps and CI/CD pipelines in highly regulated environments.
Transform technical R&D outputs into enterprise-grade, governed, and security-aligned products.
Utilize cloud infrastructure and engineering tools like Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform to deploy AI services.
Mentor and supervise employees in both company procedures and technical competencies.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science.
8+ years of experience with data science, machine learning, deep learning, or AI.
Experience leading end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of complex AI programs.
Experience developing AI/ML roadmaps and making defensible technical tradeoff decisions.
Experience designing and deploying advanced systems including Generative AI, LLMs, and computer vision.
Experience building secure MLOps and CI/CD pipelines in highly regulated environments.
Proficiency with cloud and engineering tools including AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and Linux.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination.
