Lead AI and ML Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and implement AI solution architectures and strategies to solve complex client business problems.
• Develop, operationalize, and maintain complex machine learning applications at an enterprise scale.
• Build scalable data pipelines, including ETL/ELT workflows and model training and deployment pipelines.
• Create software for retrieving, parsing, and processing structured and unstructured data for ML workflows.
• Write scripts to convert various data types into usable formats to support project teams.
• Develop scalable solutions from scratch using programming languages like Python or TypeScript.
• Mentor and supervise employees in both company procedures and technical competencies.

What we're looking for

• TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Mathematics is required.
• 3+ years of experience in a professional technical work environment is required if no degree is held.
• 3+ years of experience in application development, AI/ML engineering, software engineering, or data science.
• 3+ years of experience designing, developing, operationalizing, and maintaining complex software or machine learning applications at enterprise scale.
• 1+ year of experience creating software for retrieving, parsing, and processing structured and unstructured data for machine learning workflows.
• 1+ year of experience building scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, or model training and deployment pipelines.
• Ability to code and develop scalable solutions from scratch using Python or TypeScript.
