What you'll do

Design and develop AI agents to automate and augment knowledge work based on business requirements.
Engineer robust agent designs including tool orchestration, routing logic, and security guardrails.
Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources securely and compliantly.
Define and implement monitoring, logging, and feedback loops for continuous improvement of agent performance.
Document agent architectures, decision logic, and dependencies to ensure supportability and future enhancements.
Champion responsible AI practices including security, privacy, compliance, and user trust considerations.

What we're looking for

3-7+ years of professional software engineering or AI/ML experience in complex enterprise environments.
Strong proficiency in modern programming languages like Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java.
Hands-on experience with LLM-based applications and AI frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel.
Solid understanding of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), RESTful APIs, and data structures.
Experience building production services with microservices or serverless architecture and appropriate observability.
Competitive edge gained from experience with Glean or similar enterprise AI platforms for integration and configuration.
