AI Engineer

As an AI Engineer, you will integrate AI-enabled capabilities into existing software systems by connecting models, inference endpoints, agent orchestration components, and intelligent autonomous workflows to production applications. You will evolve solutions from traditional LLM interactions into goal-oriented, multi-agent systems while ensuring these features operate reliably within distributed environments. Your daily work involves building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, Knowledge Graphs, and fine-tuned Small Language Models (SLMs). To succeed, you must possess experience in developing multi-physics simulation models, designing intelligent agent architectures, and creating evaluation frameworks using human-in-the-loop methodologies. You will utilize tools such as Databricks or Snowflake to manage data processing pipelines. The role focuses on solving complex technical challenges by moving AI from concept to production-ready environments, specifically involving advanced agentic patterns like prompt caching, guardrails, and the Model Context Protocol.
