What you'll do

Design and implement Agentic AI solutions to modernize enterprise IVR and contact center applications.
Develop intelligent conversational AI agents capable of understanding user intent and executing multistep workflows.
Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) into voice-enabled applications.
Build and maintain APIs and microservices to connect AI agents with enterprise systems and databases.
Develop AI-powered voice interactions using speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and conversational AI technologies.
Design agent orchestration workflows, tool integrations, and automated decision-making capabilities.
Optimize prompt engineering strategies, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) capabilities, and AI agent workflows.
Implement security controls, privacy safeguards, and human escalation mechanisms for AI-enabled applications.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical discipline.
12+ years of relevant experience.
Hands-on software development experience using Python, JavaScript, Java, or similar programming languages.
Experience developing or integrating AI/ML solutions, conversational AI applications, or LLM-powered systems.
Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise application integration.
Understanding of Agentic AI concepts, including AI agent orchestration, tool calling, context management, and automated workflows.
Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience working within Agile software development environments.
