JOB TITLE: Advisors Advisors join a team responsible for various and unanticipated worksites across the U.S. to participate in all phases of the full software applications life cycle. This role involves designing, testing, and implementing applications and systems software while ensuring that user requirements are achieved through software applications. Key responsibilities include performing architectural reviews and collaborating with software architects to define the Architecture Strategy for existing .Net based platforms. The technical environment requires proficiency in IIS, .NET, C#, ASP.NET, WF, WCF, WPF, XML, JQuery, Microsoft Enterprise Libraries, and SQL Server, including SSIS and SSRS. Candidates must demonstrate skills in programming in an Object Oriented Environment, Design Patterns, and Agile and Scrum Development to solve complex software engineering problems within the company's technical infrastructure.

What you'll do

  • Participate in all phases of the full software applications life cycle.

  • Develop software using C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and related technologies.
  • Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage development tasks.

What we're looking for

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field plus 2 years of experience in software development is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field plus 5 years of progressive experience in software development is acceptable.
  • Proficiency in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, WF, WCF, WPF, and XML is required.
  • Experience with IIS, JQuery, Microsoft Enterprise Libraries, and SQL Server is required.
  • Experience with SSIS, SSRS, and Agile and Scrum Development is required.
  • Knowledge of Programming in Object Oriented Environment and Design Patterns is required.
  • Ability to perform architectural reviews and define Architecture Strategy for .Net based platforms is required.
  • Ability to understand user requirements and participate in all phases of the full software applications life cycle is required.
