What you'll do

Manage the day-to-day administration and maintenance of physical and virtual secure infrastructures.
Design, develop, build, and test new system infrastructure solutions.
Serve as a front-line interface to resolve user technical issues and perform systems analysis.
Perform vulnerability scanning and execute system remediation tasks.
Execute OS and vendor software patching on servers and network devices.
Update antivirus software to maintain security and compliance standards.
Monitor system performance, manage backups, and ensure continuous system availability.
Implement security measures and comply with STIGs, CIS Benchmarks, and NIST standards.

What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance at time of hire.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field plus 5 years experience, or Master's degree plus 3 years experience.
Advanced knowledge of RedHat Linux, Windows Server, VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, and related technologies.
Experience implementing Linux/Windows security controls (STIGs, CIS Benchmarks) and familiarity with NIST SP 800-171/800-53 and CMMC.
In-depth knowledge of networking concepts, backup solutions, and disaster recovery strategies.
Must meet DoD 8570.1 certification requirements for IAT-II or higher (CompTIA Security+ within 6 months).
Familiarity with developer tools like JIRA, Confluence, GitLab, Docker, Ansible, Python, Powershell, Bash, Tenable Nessus, Splunk, ACAS, and ESS (preferred).
