What you'll do

  • Perform classification reviews for all inbound and outbound correspondence.
  • Process, track, and manage the distribution of classified mail and courier packages.
  • Manage document accountability databases and maintain daily logs for administrative functions.
  • Execute security protocols for the destruction of classified materials and processing of magnetic media.
  • Conduct entry and exit inspections while managing facility access control systems and visitor badges.
  • Maintain personnel security files and track security clearance processing activities with government officials.
  • Review Program Access Requests (PARs) and conduct candidate reviews for Special Access Programs.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and quality assurance for team members.

What we're looking for

  • Must be a United States citizen.
  • Must currently possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
  • Must be able to obtain a Top Secret/SCI with polygraph and submit to a counterintelligence polygraph.
  • Must have 3 or more years of related experience.
  • SAP experience is required.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Associate's degree in a related area counts as two years of experience toward the requirement.
  • Security Clearances.
