As an Activity Security Representative (ASR) I, you will provide multi-disciplined security support to a customer's facility and organization. You will manage day-to-day operations for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and Special Access Program (SAP) activities. Your core responsibilities include performing classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence, maintaining document accountability databases, processing classified mail, and destroying classified materials. You will also handle magnetic media, provide reproduction support for classified materials, and manage various administrative logs for document control. Additionally, you will process data transfer files, maintain customer contact lists, escort visitors, prepare access control badges, and perform entry and exit inspections. To succeed, you must possess expertise in Access Control (AC), Security Information, and Security Policies while ensuring all actions follow established Standard Operating Procedures to protect sensitive information within the organization.

What you'll do

Review classification levels for inbound and outbound correspondence.
Process and track classified mail, receipt records, and magnetic media.
Perform destruction of classified materials and provide reproduction support.
Manage document accountability databases and maintain daily administrative logs.
Facilitate data transfers and manage customer point of contact databases.
Process visitor notices, escort guests, and issue facility access badges.
Conduct entry and exit inspections for security compliance.
Maintain personnel security files and update the Personnel Access Security System database.

What we're looking for

Must be a United States citizen.
Must currently possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
Must be willing and able to obtain a CI polygraph.
Must have 1 to 2 years of related experience.
Knowledge of Access Control, Security Information, and Security Policies is required.
SAP experience (preferred).
Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience (preferred).
US Citizenship.
