As an Activity Security Representative (ASR) I, you will provide multi-disciplined security support to a customer's facility and organization. You will manage day-to-day operations for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and Special Access Program (SAP) activities. Your core responsibilities include performing classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence, maintaining document accountability databases, processing classified mail, and destroying classified materials. You will also handle magnetic media, manage reproduction support for classified materials, and maintain various administrative logs. Additionally, you will process data transfer files, escort visitors, prepare access control badges, conduct entry and exit inspections, and perform data entry into the Personnel Access Security System database. To succeed, you must possess skills in access control, security information, and security policies while ensuring all actions follow established standard operating procedures for secure facility operations.

What you'll do

  • Review classification levels for all inbound and outbound correspondence.
  • Process classified mail, receipt records, and magnetic media for accountability.
  • Perform the destruction of classified materials and provide reproduction support.
  • Manage data entry for personnel security files and access control systems.
  • Escort facility visitors and maintain associated logs and visit notices.
  • Conduct entry and exit inspections to ensure site security.
  • Maintain document accountability databases and various administrative logs.
  • Support security awareness and education programs for the organization.

What we're looking for

  • Must be a United States citizen.
  • Must currently possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
  • Must be willing and able to obtain a CI polygraph.
  • Knowledge of Access Control, Security Information, and Security Policies is required.
  • SAP experience (preferred).
  • A Bachelor's degree is desired.
  • An Associate's degree in a related area counts as two years of experience.
  • US Citizenship.
