As an Activity Security Representative (ASR) I, you will provide multi-disciplined security support to a customer's facility and organization. You will manage day-to-day operations for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and Special Access Program (SAP) activities. Your core responsibilities include performing classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence, maintaining document accountability databases, processing classified mail, and destroying classified materials. You will also handle magnetic media, manage reproduction support for classified materials, and maintain various administrative logs. Additionally, you will process data transfer files, escort visitors, prepare access control badges, conduct entry and exit inspections, and perform data entry into the Personnel Access Security System database. To succeed, you must possess skills in access control, security information, and security policies while ensuring all actions follow established standard operating procedures for secure facility operations.
