What you'll do

Own all aspects of technology and tooling for onboarding and activating merchant relationships across product experiences.
Develop strategies for consumer reward experiences to maximize early adoption and long-term retention.
Use data analytics and user behavior insights to build personalized, cross-channel product journeys.
Collaborate with engineering teams to iteratively build, A/B test, and launch optimized consumer experiences.
Create operational reports and financial models using SQL and Excel to drive investment decisions.
Prioritize features based on ROI and translate business strategy into actionable product choices.
Incorporate AI tools and techniques to solve complex problems and streamline development processes.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or military experience.
At least 5 years of experience in Digital Product Management, including at least 2 years in consumer-facing roles.
At least 3 years of experience using SQL for data analysis and product monitoring.
At least 2 years of experience driving Product Growth, such as user acquisition, activation, or retention.
Degree in a quantitative field, Computer Science, or Engineering (preferred).
5+ years of experience in a high growth/startup technology environment (preferred).
5+ years of business analysis experience and 8+ years working with software engineering departments to build tooling (preferred).
Demonstrated application of AI to build digital products (preferred).
