The Sr Director, Product Management - Capital One Shopping - Growth (Remote-Eligible) joins the Shopping team to drive business growth by integrating new product and revenue opportunities with merchant partners. What you'll do

Own all aspects of technology and tooling to onboard and activate merchant relationships.
Design and build optimized consumer incentive and reward experiences in direct partnership with engineering.
Manage day-to-day operations and engineering execution to iteratively launch and test new experiences.
Build business cases, prioritize product experiences, and create operational reports using SQL and financial modeling.
Drive cross-functional execution to integrate new product and revenue opportunities with merchant partners.
Apply AI-driven development and automation to solve complex, data-intensive problems and build digital products.
Conduct rapid A/B testing to observe real-time results and improve engagement and conversion.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in any field.
At least 7 years of Product Management experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field or Computer Science/Engineering (preferred).
At least 5 years of experience in a high growth/startup technology environment (preferred).
At least 5 years of experience working with SQL (preferred).
At least 5 years of business analysis experience (preferred).
At least 8 years of experience working directly with software engineering departments to build tooling and processes (preferred).
Demonstrated application of AI to build digital products (preferred).
