What you'll do

Own all aspects of technology and tooling for onboarding and activating merchant relationships across product experiences.
Partner with engineering teams to design and build optimized consumer incentive and reward experiences.
Manage day-to-day operations and execution for both directly owned and supporting product teams.
Develop business cases, prioritize features, and monitor performance using SQL, Excel, and financial modeling.
Utilize AI tools and automated agents to solve complex problems and streamline development processes.
Execute rapid A/B testing to optimize user experience design and improve conversion rates.
Translate high-level business strategies into functional consumer-facing digital products.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in any field or a quantitative/technical field like Computer Science or Engineering.
At least 7 years of Product Management experience.
At least 5 years of experience working with SQL.
At least 5 years of business analysis experience.
At least 8 years of experience working directly with software engineering departments to build tooling and processes.
At least 5 years of experience in a high growth or startup technology environment.
Demonstrated application of AI to build digital products, including personal projects or automated workflows.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
