What you'll do

  • Manage and communicate the technology roadmap, project definition, and development schedules for new microphone technologies.
  • Drive the closure of architecture and technical issues during the early stages of product development.
  • Plan and manage engineering builds by coordinating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Identify technical and schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Lead day-to-day project activities, including running reviews among engineering stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
  • Coordinate with international manufacturing partners to execute component design and production programs.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and risk management updates to the development team and executives.

What we're looking for

  • A BS degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics is required.
  • Candidates must have at least 5 years of project management experience.
  • Experience is required in shipping high-volume products or collaborating with manufacturing partners.
  • Experience is required in Semiconductor, MEMS, Microphone, Sensor technology, or the full product development lifecycle.
  • A strong technical background in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, advanced manufacturing, or Audio ASIC development is preferred.
  • Candidates must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience driving international module or component design and manufacturing partners to meet schedules is essential.
  • Ability to manage rapid development cycles while remaining adaptable in uncertain situations is required.
