What you'll do

  • Engineering background with a demonstrated ability to orchestrate AI into real workflows.
  • Track record of reducing operational overhead and friction through automation or tooling.
  • Ability to blend hands-on casework with peer coaching and upskilling.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, and Platform App Builder certifications.
  • Proven experience performing Salesforce admin work within a large-scale, enterprise organization.
  • Familiarity with security and access governance concepts (preferred).
