  • Working knowledge of connectors and enterprise integrations, including how Claude interacts with external tools and data, and the ability to guide users on appropriate access and permission practices.

  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, with disciplined documentation habits and clear escalation judgment when issues require vendor or technical support.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including live training, small group facilitation, and creation of clear, practical documentation.

  • Strong organizational skills, including queue management, follow-through, prioritization, and ongoing knowledge base maintenance.

  • Ability to build credibility and visibility as a trusted product lead, serving as a clear point of contact and advocate for Claude across the Institute.

  • Solid understanding of responsible AI practices, data handling considerations, and enterprise governance expectations.

  • Ability to translate rapidly evolving product features into clear, practical guidance.

  • Basic scripting, automation, or workflow tooling skills to support lightweight analysis and reporting preferred.
