What you'll do

  • Develop performance verification test plans, simulation test cases, and models with senior engineers.
  • Write scripts in Perl or Python to track and manage compute resources.
  • Test regression flows using Perl, Python, MySQL, or PHP to support project development.
  • Evaluate new tools and processes to improve simulation performance and team efficiency.
  • Debug and improve test cases, models, and Verilog/SystemVerilog coding.
  • Build test platforms and perform system-level testing for hardware components.
  • Execute production validation tasks to ensure integrated hardware and software functionality.
  • Use specialized software tools to conduct low-level testing and identify root causes of technical issues.

What we're looking for

  • Must be currently enrolled in a U.S.-based university in a Bachelor's program.
  • Major must be in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of programming languages and scripts such as C++, Python, C, Perl, Shell, or UVM is preferred.
  • Experience with Verilog and System Verilog is encouraged.
  • Understanding of digital systems, computer organization, and logic design fundamentals is desired.
  • Familiarity with hardware/software development in Linux, Unix, or Windows environments is preferred.
  • Knowledge of lab equipment like oscilloscopes, volt meters, and logic analyzers is an asset.
  • Must not require visa sponsorship to work in the United States.
