What you'll do

  • Analyze meteorological datasets and site measurements to establish long-term resource characteristics for wind sites.
  • Model expected energy production and key metrics using tools like PVSyst or System Advisory Model (SAM).
  • Conduct site visits to perform due diligence, evaluate suitability, and support turbine micro-siting.
  • Coordinate with equipment manufacturers to optimize technology selection based on power curves and mechanical suitability.
  • Assist the development team with federal, state, and local permitting efforts.
  • Support internal initiatives regarding safety, material process improvements, and design optimization.

What we're looking for

  • Must be currently enrolled in a 4-year Bachelor’s degree program.
  • Expected graduation date must be between Fall 2027 and Summer 2028.
  • Major must be in Engineering, including Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or a related engineering discipline.
  • A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above (preferred).
  • Demonstrated interest in the energy sector (preferred).
