Lead Software Engineer, C#/.Net

What you'll do

• Design and deliver innovative software solutions including architecture, development, and complex technical troubleshooting.
• Develop secure, high-quality production code and provide constructive feedback through peer code reviews.
• Identify recurring issues and drive automation to improve the operational stability and resilience of systems.
• Lead evaluation sessions with external vendors and internal teams to assess architectural designs and technical capabilities.
• Build and lead communities of practice to promote the adoption of emerging and leading-edge technologies.
• Drive team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed.
• Apply knowledge of SDLC toolchains and automation capabilities to improve overall engineering value.

What we're looking for

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts plus 5+ years of applied experience.
• Hands-on software development experience with proven team leadership skills.
• Advanced knowledge and experience with C#/.NET.
• In-depth knowledge of Capital markets and trading industry IT systems plus practical cloud-native experience.
• Advanced experience developing multi-threaded applications.
• Experience building middle-tier services at scale.
• Hands-on delivery across system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Advanced understanding of Agile methodologies, including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
• Experience with message distribution technologies such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Demonstrated experience leading the use of approved AI-assisted software development tools and coaching engineers on responsible AI use.
• Experience working with Portfolio Management systems (preferred).
• Understanding of modern User Interface architecture and design (preferred).
• Advanced English skills (preferred).
