What you'll do

  • Manage the end-to-end client lifecycle from onboarding through account maintenance.
  • Process, clear, and investigate transactions, tickets, and other operational items.
  • Perform data reconciliation, document review, and payment processing to ensure system integrity.
  • Analyze reference data and troubleshoot client inquiries regarding account access and processing.
  • Execute investor tickets and trades while communicating with counterparties to match off trades.
  • Provide data analytics, reporting, and risk monitoring for various lines of business.
  • Identify process gaps and collaborate with technology teams to optimize workflows.
  • Implement AI and Machine Learning solutions to improve business operations and reporting.

What we're looking for

  • Pursuing a B.A., B.S., B.B.A., or 5th year M.A./M.S. with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
  • Open to all majors with a well-rounded academic background.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time, prioritize assignments, and work within deadlines.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
