What you'll do

Manage the end-to-end client lifecycle from onboarding through account maintenance.
Process, clear, and investigate transactions, tickets, and other operational items.
Perform data reconciliation, document review, and payment processing to ensure system integrity.
Analyze reference data and troubleshoot client inquiries regarding account access and processing.
Execute investor tickets and trades while communicating with counterparties to match off trades.
Provide data analytics, reporting, and risk monitoring for various lines of business.
Identify process gaps and collaborate with technology teams to optimize workflows.
Implement AI and Machine Learning solutions to improve business operations and reporting.

What we're looking for

Pursuing a B.A., B.S., B.B.A., or 5th year M.A./M.S. with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
Open to all majors with a well-rounded academic background.
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage time, prioritize assignments, and work within deadlines.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
