Data & AI Program Analyst

What you'll do

• Build machine learning models, generative AI systems, and agent-based solutions to drive business outcomes.
• Design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence capabilities to automate processes and enhance decision-making.
• Apply data science, statistics, and modeling techniques to solve complex problems and generate actionable insights.
• Develop predictive models and test hypotheses to analyze trends for data-driven decision making.
• Support data governance, risk management, and privacy standards to ensure data is secure and compliant.
• Implement controls and frameworks to improve data quality and ensure solutions are scalable and safe.
• Translate business objectives into testable hypotheses and analytical plans for stakeholders.
• Build end-to-end data platforms and pipelines using tools like AWS, Snowflake, and Databricks.

What we're looking for

• Pursue a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative or technical discipline such as Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• Graduate between December 2026 and August 2027.
• Must be authorized to work permanently in the United States.
• Knowledge of machine learning and data science principles including prompt engineering is preferred.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL and Python is preferred.
• Experience with tools like AWS, CoPilot, Snowflake, DataBricks, and LLMs is preferred.
• Understanding of data management, governance, privacy, and regulatory compliance is preferred.
• Strong quantitative problem-solving and communication skills to translate technical work for business stakeholders are preferred.
