What you'll do

Support Product Development Engineers in characterization and building production test programs.
Perform parametric, data, and statistical analysis to develop testing protocols.
Conduct engineering and correlation studies to ensure yield and coverage goals are met.
Resolve production-related issues and improve manufacturing efficiency.
Build and maintain technical documentation for next-generation microprocessors.
Debug manufacturing and characterization test programs.
Participate in product debug to identify performance, process, and test sensitivities.

What we're looking for

Must be currently enrolled in a Master's degree program at a US-based university.
Major must be in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Knowledge or experience with C++, Linux, Perl, Ruby, Shell script, Java, or similar (preferred).
Knowledge or experience with GIT, SVN, CVS, RCS, or similar (preferred).
Knowledge or experience with XP, AGILE, Scrum, or Kanban programming paradigms (preferred).
Experience with logic analyzers, voltmeters, oscilloscopes, and debug (preferred).
Solid understanding of transistors and computer basics (preferred).
Completion of courses in computer science, software engineering, digital logic, circuit theory, or computer architecture (preferred).
