What you'll do

• Match ITPDP employees to assignments aligned with their interests and development needs.
• Oversee employee progress throughout the two-year rotational program.
• Assist in job placement for ITPDP participants after completing the program.
• Coordinate with assignment managers to ensure effective supervision during rotations.
• Facilitate training and professional development opportunities for program participants.
• Ensure compliance with Abbott’s IT policies and standards across all assignments.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in an IT-related field.
• Minimum GPA requirement of 3.0 is necessary.
• Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.
• Proven ability to analyze, solve problems creatively, make decisions strategically.
• Coursework in programming, software development, or related IT areas preferred.
• Up to two internships or up to two years of IT-related work experience beneficial.
