What you'll do

Create strategies to integrate printer and device management systems within ServiceNow CMDB.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and remote escalations for diverse mobile computer environments.
Develop Android utilities to enhance configuration, troubleshooting, and productivity for end users.
Oversee multi-site infrastructure programs from requirements through hypercare, ensuring alignment with standards.
Establish and maintain infrastructure health metrics including availability, capacity, performance, and security.

What we're looking for

7+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Mastery level expertise in Android mobile device management and development.
Proven leadership in multi-site infrastructure programs, especially in regulated environments.
Advanced knowledge of networking, security, and enterprise applications.
Experience with Cisco, Juniper, Dell products, and virtualization technologies like VMware vSphere.
Strong communication skills for collaboration across technical and business stakeholders.
CCNA certification or equivalent.
