Wireless SoC RF Integration and Validation Engineer

What you'll do

• Develop and integrate end-to-end DUT control sequences and verify them with emulation systems.
• Lead the RF functionality bring-up for the wireless SoC.
• Design and develop RF block and system calibrations, including algorithms and optimizations.
• Perform RF performance optimization and characterization for metrics like Psat, IP3, and phase noise.
• Design RF test benches and implement scripts to control the SoC and test equipment.
• Write scripts to plot, parse, and analyze large datasets of characterization results.
• Develop RF calibrations and tests for Wafer ATE and Module ATE mass production.
• Develop RF firmware based on Python reference scripts.

What we're looking for

• BS degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Solid experience of RF parametric testing, such as IP3, NF, ACPR, phase noise, and load pull (preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of RF test equipment, including network, spectrum, vector signal analyzers, and vector signal generators (preferred).
• Strong Wireless RF background with familiarity with RF systems fundamentals, transceiver architectures, and digital communication (preferred).
• Proficiency with understanding RFIC block-level design schematics (preferred).
• Experience with RF PCB board design, debug, and development (preferred).
• Proficiency in Python programming language (preferred).
• Experience with embedded systems, C programming language, and automation framework development (preferred).
