As a Wireless Charging Firmware Engineer within the Core OS group, you will design and implement firmware features for wireless charging systems in products. You will collaborate with hardware and systems teams to lead the bring-up and development of charging features from pre-silicon stages through to commercialization. Your daily work involves exploring novel system power and charging software algorithms while balancing high-level architecture with low-level programming across system architecture, firmware, kernel drivers, and global system behavior. To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent programming skills in C/C++ and a strong understanding of operating systems, hardware, and embedded systems. You will solve complex problems regarding the quality and efficiency of wireless charging systems while navigating power delivery constraints to ensure high performance for next-generation products.
