Wire Transfer Core Modernization Analyst

What you'll do

• Support the design, development, and implementation of a new wire transfer platform.
• Gather requirements and document business needs and decisions for project stakeholders.
• Analyze current processes to identify future-state requirements and operational improvements.
• Track action items and feature changes throughout the modernization lifecycle.
• Coordinate communications between operational teams, project stakeholders, and development teams.
• Support testing activities to ensure the quality of new payment capabilities.
• Extract, organize, and interpret data to provide meaningful insights for the business.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Four to five years of data analysis experience.
• Experience in SQL/WebFOCUS or other BI tools for querying and data manipulation (preferred).
• Experience in financial services with knowledge of HR systems or financial products (preferred).
• Strong analytic skills to extract, organize, and interpret data for insights (preferred).
• Ability to develop strategic partnerships with senior management and communicate with development teams (preferred).
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, organization, and project management skills (preferred).
• Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills (preferred).
