Join our team as a Windows Systems Administrator at GDIT, where you will support enterprise infrastructure services by administering and maintaining Windows server and client platforms across physical, virtual, and cloud environments. Proficiency in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, GPO creation/troubleshooting, OS deployment tooling, and PowerShell automation is essential. This role requires hands-on experience implementing secure configurations and STIG/HBSS compliance practices, as well as the ability to diagnose complex issues in distributed infrastructure.

What you'll do

  • Administer and maintain Windows server and endpoint systems across various environments.

  • Execute OS and security patching across assigned systems to maintain configuration compliance.

What we're looking for

  • US citizenship and TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
  • Extensive experience administering Windows Server and client OS in enterprise environments.
  • Proficiency in Active Directory, GPO creation/troubleshooting, and PowerShell automation.
  • Experience implementing secure configurations, STIG/HBSS compliance, and OS hardening practices.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex OS, authentication, and configuration issues across distributed infrastructure.
