What we're looking for

Master’s Degree with 3+ years or Doctorate (PhD) with 1+ years of experience in a quantitative field like Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
Experience supporting AI/ML projects as part of a team.
Hands-on experience developing statistical models, machine learning models, and/or artificial intelligence models.
Foundational understanding of the math and theory behind AI/ML algorithms to reason about model assumptions and limitations.
Proficiency in data science programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.
Experience with big-data technologies like Hadoop and Spark, along with familiarity with SQL or Hive.
Demonstrated relationship building skills and the ability to influence others effectively.
Advanced expertise in Time Series, Operations Research, NLP, Neural Nets, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is preferred.
