What you'll do

Present portfolio health to executive team monthly.
Identify and resolve critical insights and gaps in the portfolio.
Lead bi-weekly meetings for an executive audience.
Coordinate with executives to align OKRs within the portfolio.
Manage talent development for program managers and scrum masters.
Develop upfront estimates of time and resource utilization.
Create and maintain monthly executive reporting standards.

What we're looking for

At least 10 years of experience managing complex IT programs with budgets up to $25M.
Proven track record of developing and managing talent in a matrixed environment for at least 5 years.
Deep understanding and ability to manage Project and Software Development Life Cycles using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Comfortable exercising judgment and analytical skills in ambiguous situations.
Strong knowledge of JIRA, Confluence or similar tools.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project or similar tools.
Outstanding attention to detail with the ability to see the big picture.
