Senior Manager, A&D Program and Portfolio Management

What you'll do

• Develop and manage consistent frameworks for planning, execution, and closeout phases across the deal portfolio.
• Track project progress using performance monitoring tools and conduct monthly reviews to ensure alignment with goals.
• Manage budgets and financial forecasts for current and future fiscal years, ensuring appropriate resource allocation.
• Enhance playbook methodology and templates to improve quality and accelerate execution of A&D deals.
• Establish program governance and regular cadence of team meetings to update leadership on progress and address issues.
• Train and support the organization in meeting high standards for compliance, consistency, and efficiency in executing A&D deals.

What we're looking for

• 8-10 years of experience in M&A or related domain.
• Proven track record in managing acquisitions and divestitures.
• Demonstrated ability to lead IT programs globally using project management tools.
• Experience with portfolio and program management reporting at the enterprise level.
• Strong financial acumen and business understanding.
• Proficiency with project management tools and data analytics platforms.
• Skilled problem-solver with cross-functional collaboration abilities.
