What you'll do

• Design predictive, multi-year global talent strategies in partnership with executive leadership.
• Build and monitor a data-driven talent funnel with key metrics for continuous optimization.
• Deploy AI agents across sourcing workflows to free up team members for deep relationship building.
• Lead and mentor a global team of recruiters and technical sourcers to ensure high performance.
• Position Cloudflare’s employer brand authentically to attract passionate builders and sellers.
• Maintain compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards globally (GDPR, local employment laws).

• Deep understanding of compensation architecture and market data platforms.
• Experience in scaling international operations and navigating cross-border talent mobilization.
• Background in management consulting, investment banking, or engineering with a focus on systems-level modeling.
